What is 1LINK.IO and how does it work?
1LINK.IO lets you create a single smart link that routes people to your most important destinations. Share it anywhere and update it anytime.
Can I customize landing pages?
Paid plans allow you to customize landing pages, after creating a link with the "Landing Page" option in the "Desktop users" section, you can edit the landing page and change the title, description, app icon and color.
Do you show ads meanwhile users are being redirected?
No, we don't inject any ads or other third-party libraries during the redirect process or landing page. You can verify this for yourself: link-to.app/demo
Do you inject any affiliate parameters in URLs?
No, we do not inject any affiliate parameters
Do you provide an API?

Google Play Console UTM parameters
Google Play Store supports UTM parameters. If the UTM parameters are present in the smart link they will be forwarded to the Google Play Store, otherwise the following UTM parameters will be automatically added:
- utm_source=ORIGINAL_REFERRER
- utm_medium=REDIRECT_TYPE
- utm_content=SHORT_HANDLE
- utm_campaign=1link.io

As part of the Google play store redirect, the following UTM parameters will be added:- utm_source=facebook
- utm_medium=automatic_redirect
- utm_content=demo

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Get started for free and create your first 5 links. You can upgrade anytime to unlock advanced features.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Connect a custom domain on paid plans to keep your links fully on brand.
How do analytics and tracking work?
Track clicks, top referrers, and locations from your dashboard. Add UTM parameters to measure campaign performance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel or change your plan at any time from your account settings. Your changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
How can I add a custom domain?
When you add a custom domain you will have access to two features:
- Create links with the custom domain instead of the default one (link-to.app)
- URL shortener, create custom redirects based on the URL (e.g.
app.your-domain.com/aboutcan be redirected toyour-domain.com/about)
Please note: The domain that you want to connect cannot be in use. We suggest using a subdomain like get.your-domain.com or app.your-domain.com
Steps:
- Email info@1link.io and tell us the domain name that you want to add, we will generate a SSL certificate for you
- Add the CNAME record provided by us to verify the domain. Send an email when you have added the CNAME record
- We will generate another CNAME record to activate the domain. Send an email when you have added the CNAME record
Please note: DNS propagation can take from few minutes to 48 hours, we suggest to always set a low TTL (e.g. 5 minutes). If your custom domain is correctly setup and working do not remove/edit any DNS records provided by us.
